Not really familiar with this, but Flybe (www.flybe.com) offers low cost flights between NCL and CDG.

It depends on what you call low cost, and how far in advance you are booking?
Have you tried Air France?
Their prices for this route are surprisingly low, and there are plenty of flight times available.

Flybe would be a connecting flight in Gatwick, you will have to stick with Easyjet or AirFrance for a direct route
