paris to brussel by train how can a book a ticket?

I dont have credit card and want to book a ticket from paris to brussel where can i book that? i will be in paris from the 7th of may and wish to travel to brugges through brussel and i saw in thayls website that i have to have credit card to book, the rate was around 100 euro will that change if i book dirctly at the hour of travel?

If you don%26#39;t have a credit card, you cannot book online. Perhaps you could book through a travel agent in Kuwait.

It will be more expensive if you book just before you travel.

I suggest you get a credit card: it will make life much easier when you are on holiday.
