Any tips on where to stay? Hotel, B%26amp;B??? We are going on a road trip with my family (husband and daughters - both under the age of 3) and our starting point is Marseille, thinking of spending 2 or 3 days there and then moving on to our next point.
Any tips?? Suggestions???

Marseille is the 3rd largest French city and the largest Mediterranean port. I suspect you will have a vehicle so why not go to Cassis? It is only 30 to 45 mn away and instead of big city life you will have small fisherman village life in Provence. Nothing wrong with Marseille however so go for a day to visit.
