Honeymoon end of May travelling Cherbourg to Agen???

Hi

I am getting married at the end of this month and we will be getting the ferry to Cherbourg 1st June. We are picking up a boat at Bouzet sur Baise 3rd June. We will need a one night stop over en route and would be very grateful of any recommendations please. Somewhere by the sea would be perfect but not essential.
