Your best bet is to look towards the Cours Julien. There is a place for off beaten concerts and shows: The Espace Julien.

This gives concerts and dates but doesn%26#39;t go further than beginning June at this point as far as I can tell. The Cours Julien is the place for the non-scene scene for everything: music, food, cafes, clothes,...
