what sort of hair do you have - do you have any special requirements - relaxing , weaves etc ?

There are approximately 1,000 hairdressers in Nice. Go into one in the centre of town, smile and say %26#39;hair cut%26#39;. They will understand you and it is quite possible that someone will speak reasonable English.

Thanks for your replies although I have to say Londonbob must be a fella for sure. Most women are pretty fussy about haircuts!
by luck i found a great cut on the corner of rue alberti and rue l%26#39;hotel des postes by a young woman named Alex. excellent place, very pleased.
by the way, can%26#39;t type very well on this little notebook but am keeping a journal for trip report later. we are loving Nice. weather good, staying in the Port and after walking all over this city think it was a great choice.

LOL! I know someone who travels from London to Nice specifically to get her hair cut.
You have to admit it, she%26#39;s got style. If I think of it, I%26#39;ll ask her where she goes and send you a PM.
