Where to stay on Ile de Re

Hello,

We%26#39;re planning a week in Ile de Re in June and are not sure where to stay, we%26#39;ve located a nice place in les Grenettes but are worried it is too isolated. We%26#39;ve also found somewhere in le Bois Plage.

Any suggestions?

Hi there, it all depends on what you want, is it camping, holiday village,chambre d%26#39;hote or hotel.

I can tell you that Le Bois Plage is just close enough to St Martin for the decent restaurants, but all the feel of a seaside resort as its on the atlantic side of the island. We normally use this beach, and also the one at Sablanceaux (just after the bridge).
