Great hotel near Sanit-German, but not over priced. Help!

I%26#39;m finally going to Paris in November this year!

I did some extensive hotel search and narrowed down to these three hotels.(based on the location, budget and popularity)

Lenox Montparnasse

Hotel de Sevres Azur

Jardin de L%26#39;Odeon

It%26#39;s very hard to make up my mind. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

I like Le Jardin de L%26#39;Odeon, it%26#39;s more central than the other two.

Can also try Hotel du Pantheon on Place du Pantheon, nice hotel in a good location.
